Stephen Aldcroft C.Eng is the Managing Director of RJA Consultancy & Management Limited.  The Practice was formed in 2010 and Stephen’s previous experience extends to the formation of Wilkinson Aldcroft + Associates in 1990, the formation of WA+A Maintenance Limited in 2006 and the amicable merger of Wilkinson Aldcroft + Associates with Hannan Associates in 2007.

RJA Consultancy & Management Limited operate in a number of sectors as Building Services Design & Consulting Engineers, these include high end residential (New & Refurbishment), social housing, student accommodation, Temples and places of worship, Audio & Video Editing Suites, Data Centres, Sports Facilities, Commercial Offices and Schools & Universities.

In addition to providing consultancy services for the construction projects listed above, RJA Consultancy & Management Limited also carry out pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidation surveys, energy audits, design/cost checking duties and maintenance management.

Our Business is deliberately conducted in a wide range of sectors with projects of varying sizes, providing us with good market resilience and an exceptional breadth of track record and design competence. We focus on Building Services Engineering and have the capability to manage and deliver projects ranging from building surveys to complex and challenging developments working with national and international design teams.
