fitroy parkFitzroy Park

The project comprised the construction of a new residential property in Highgate, North London.  The property was constructed over three floors with the lower ground floor being substantially sub-terranean.   Architects, Stanton Williams designed the property and construction was by Re-Strucure-JC Limited.  Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services were provided throughout as was a full Home Automation system.

 

fulhamFulham Road

This project comprised the substantial modification of a former Public House and Hotel to create luxury apartments on the upper floors and a retail unit on the ground floor and basements.  All apartments were provided with comfort cooling, high pressure domestic water services, digital lighting control and heat recovery ventilation systems.  The common parts comprised smoke extract systems and a passenger lift.

 

astonsAstons Road, Moor Park

Astons Road was a residential new build construction of 1,000m2 comprising basement, ground, first and second floors.  The building services included full comfort cooling, underfloor heating, supply and extract ventilation, above and below ground drainage, building management system and integrated Crestron and Lutron home automation controls.  The driveway contains a snow melting system and the grounds have rainwater harvesting and an automated irrigation system.

 

watlingtonWatlington Estate, Oxfordshire

Watlington Hall and the associated land and buildings is a privately owned country estate.  The Hall is Grade 2* listed and the project comprised the total refurbishment of the Hall, Stables and immediate surroundings.  A new basement was constructed under the main hall as was a remote plantroom containing fuel tanks, boilers and water pressurisation equipment.  A standby generator was installed in the stables.

 

waltonWalton-on Thames Library

The library building had been derelict for 10 years prior to Planning Permission being granted to convert it to a Citizen’s Advice Bureau and Drop in Centre.  Ceiling heights and the unusual construction presented a number of challenges to convert the building into a modern workspace.   New building services comprised supply and extract ventilation, a passenger lift, sympathetic lighting and a modern structured cabling and small power system.
